Check app.benigo.com/status. It shows whether Beni for Slack, Beni for Teams and the workspace are up.
Common questions
Beni doesn't answer in a channel
Invite Beni to the channel, then @mention it. In channels, Beni answers when it is mentioned.
How do I make Beni forget something?
Say "forget this" in the thread. To turn memory off for a whole channel, ask your admin, or write to us.
Who can see what I tell Beni?
Your direct messages go to your own private Beni; teammates can't read them. What you say in a channel is team knowledge. Details: Privacy policy.
How do I remove Beni?
To remove it from one channel, remove it like any member. To remove it from Slack, a workspace admin removes the app in Slack's app settings. In Teams, an admin or team owner removes the app. What happens to the data then is in our Privacy policy.
How do I delete or export my data?
Email [email protected] with your workspace and what you want deleted or exported.
Beni said something wrong or harmful
AI can make mistakes. Send us a link to the message or a screenshot and tell us what was wrong. We read every report and fix what we can.
